RSID districts are created when property owners petition Yellowstone County to devleop an RSID for a maintenance purpose. Districts are for the benefit of residents living within a designated boundary area, typically by subdivision. Types of rsids are: roads, parks, water and sewer lines, fire suppression tanks, weeds, storm water, snow removal, bike path, dust, ditches, culbverts, curb/gutter, drainage, irrigation, groundwater recharge.
